This Financial Disclaimer applies to all use of the GalaxySpaceAI Platform, including viewing market data, trading cryptoassets, staking, wallet services, and any other features. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
High-Risk Investment Warning – FCA Guidance
Cryptoassets are high-risk investments. The value of cryptoassets can go down as well as up and you may lose all or a substantial part of your investment. Cryptoasset markets are volatile, largely unregulated in the UK, and can be subject to manipulation, hacks, forks, and other risks. You should only invest money you can afford to lose entirely.
No UK regulatory protections apply:
• No Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) protection
• No Financial Ombudsman Service recourse for most crypto services
• No guaranteed access to funds in case of insolvency or platform failure
1. No Investment, Financial, or Tax Advice
GalaxySpaceAI provides execution-only services. We do not provide:
- Investment advice
- Financial advice
- Tax advice
- Portfolio management
- Recommendations to buy, sell, hold, or trade any cryptoasset
Nothing on the Platform (including prices, charts, news, blog posts, social features, or communications from support) constitutes or should be construed as investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to engage in any transaction. Any decision to buy, sell, trade, stake, or hold cryptoassets is made solely by you and at your own risk.
Past performance is not indicative of future results. Simulated, backtested, or hypothetical results shown on the Platform have significant limitations (e.g., no real trading costs, hindsight bias, model assumptions) and should not be relied upon.
2. Risks Specific to Cryptoassets
Cryptoassets carry unique and significant risks, including but not limited to:
- Extreme price volatility — values can drop dramatically in minutes
- Total loss of investment — possible to lose 100% of funds
- Liquidity risk — inability to sell at desired price or at all
- Counterparty and platform risk — hacks, insolvency, operational failures
- Regulatory risk — changes in UK or international laws may affect access, value, or legality
- Technological risk — blockchain forks, smart contract exploits, network congestion
- Irreversibility — on-chain transactions cannot be reversed or recovered if sent to wrong address
- Staking / DeFi risks — lock-up periods, slashing, impermanent loss, protocol failures
You should carefully consider your financial situation, risk tolerance, and seek independent professional advice (from a qualified FCA-authorised adviser) before using the Platform or investing in cryptoassets.
3. Execution-Only Nature
We act solely as an execution venue. We do not assess suitability, appropriateness, or your understanding of risks. We do not monitor your portfolio or provide warnings about over-exposure or unsuitable trades.
4. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of market data or prices
- Best execution or lowest fees
- Availability or uptime of the Platform
- Recovery of lost funds due to user error, hacks, or external events
5. Regulatory Status
GalaxySpaceAI Ltd is registered with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as a cryptoasset firm for anti-money laundering purposes only. We are not authorised to provide regulated financial services such as investment advice, arranging deals in investments, or safeguarding client money under FSMA. Our services fall outside most FCA protections for retail consumers.

By using the Platform, you confirm that you:
